Integrating your applications

With WeOS, you can sync data from the cloud applications you use into your accounting software. Each cloud application is connected to WeOS via "integrations", and integrations can have multiple connections. For a complete list of integrations, visit Supported Integrations

Getting started with integrations

  1. To manage integrations, go to the integrations section in the WeOS app

 

 

  1. Select the integration you want

  2. Add a connection

The process for adding a connection differs by integration, but generally, you will be asked to log in to the cloud application (if you're not already logged in) and give WeOS permissions to access data on your behalf

  1. After approving the connection, you will see a list of connections that you can now configure

You can set up multiple connections for an integration. This is useful if you have multiple stores from which you want to sync data into the same accounting software

Removing Connections

Connections can be removed. When a connection is removed WeOS will no longer have permission to retrieve data from the connected account

Removing a connection does not remove the integration. If you have multiple connections, the other connections will continue to access the data that the connection allowed access to
